Pair of fine, French, Louis XV-XVI Transition period console tables
In solid carved giltwood, each having an upper cartouche pierced with roses and lower cartouche centered with corbeille a fleurs (basket of flowers), the whole vigorously carved in guilloche (repeating, interlocking circles) motif, having volutes (scrolls) and acanthus leaves. With Breche marble tops in beige with rose veining. Circa 1765.

In solid mahogany with flame mahogany veneers, tapered, fluted legs terminating above elegant brass mounts, original hand-tooled leather, five drawers, and tirets (pull-out surfaces) on both sides. Circa 1830.

In solid, carved walnut in the manner of Louis Majorelle with carved floral crest, V-shaped upholstered backsplat, and seat in red leather with brass tacks. Shaped legs with conforming floral decoration. Circa 1900.

Each with foliate carved, channelled frame and carved, giltwood entertrotoise (stretchers). Legs terminating in pied de sabots. Each chair applied with a paper label to the underside:

Pair of very fine, rare, late Louis XVI polychrome decorated doors within a door surround
The pair of paneled doors decorated with antheniennes on pedestals surrounded by polychrome Vitruvian scrolled vines and feathers within a carved egg and dart and bead carved frame; the overdoor panel with similar decoration within a grapevine carved door surround with a scrolled leaf border. Probably Provence. Late 18th century.
