			Large, German, Baroque period chest (Item No. 912) In solid oak with domed top, the whole mounted with pierced scrolling foliate strapwork, corner mounts and a large escutcheon. 17th century. 31¼" high by 44¼" wide by 25" deep

Having original hinged top of a single walnut board opening to reveal a partial compartment, the front with a hidden cupboard door opening to reveal three drawers.
